Information we collect
GAMSYS receives details supplied during account registration, student survey responses, and information shared in communications with us. When the platform is used, it also records technical details such as IP address, browser and device information, and usage data.
How information is used
Information supports the operation and improvement of GAMSYS, the creation of readiness analyses from survey responses, account communications, and compliance with legal obligations.
Data residency and protection
Student data is hosted in the Philippines. GAMSYS applies access controls and data protection measures in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
When data is shared
Personal information is not sold. Data may be shared with accrediting bodies at an institution’s direction, with providers helping operate the platform under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
