The terms governing access to and use of the GAMSYS platform operated by Vaultera Labs Technology Corporation.
Accounts and access
Account registration information must be accurate and complete. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and activity under their accounts.
Acceptable use
GAMSYS is intended for graduate attribute readiness assessment and accreditation work. Users must not interfere with the service, misuse it, or attempt unauthorized access.
Ownership and materials
Vaultera Labs owns the GAMSYS software, design, and platform content. Institutions retain ownership of the survey templates and analyses they generate through the platform.
Institutional data
The institution owns data entered into GAMSYS. Vaultera Labs acts as a data processor and uses that data to provide and improve the service.
Service and liability
The platform is provided as is, without warranties. Vaultera Labs does not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages connected with use of the service.
Ending the agreement
Either party may end the agreement by giving written notice. Data is exported and deleted following the applicable data retention policy.
